Overall, this is a great little Japanese steakhouse and I'd definitely recommend it for a date night. The food was good, although I felt it was a little expensive for hibachi compared to similar restaurants. The atmosphere was nice and the rest of the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, our waitress made the experience less enjoyable. She gave very little greeting when we arrived and came across as rushed or annoyed. In contrast, other waitresses checked on us, refilled our drinks, and were much more welcoming. The biggest issue happened when it was time to pay. After taking my card, the waitress came back loudly saying that my card had been declined. It was embarrassing, especially in front of other customers. The hostess then stepped in, showed her how to correctly process the payment, and my card worked immediately without any issue. It was clearly a processing error, not a problem with my card. That moment unfortunately put a damper on what had otherwise been a nice date night. Mistakes happen, and I understand that, but situations like that should be handled quietly and professionally rather than announced across the restaurant. Food was good, but it was dirty and a bit outdated. Initial waitress made us feel rushed but the cook was nice. Not worth the 75 for 2 people but we knocked this off of our bucket list.

Beautifully created sushi that tastes delicious!! Quick and kind service!! I’ve been coming here for 15 years and will always go back! One of my favorite places!!!

We had lunch. Hibachi was very good. Fried rice, vegetables we good. I had steak and scallops, my daughter had steak and shrimp. Service was great and you never get tired of the hibachi chefs.

Very fun place to go with a group for hibachi. We had not been in years and it was better than I remembered. The space feels a little cramped and dark but the food was good and the chef was entertaining. We did feel rushed. This is not a place to linger at all. They push you to order quickly - bring out courses quickly then come back in five minutes to pick up the dishes. Everything is fast. Get them in and out as fast as possible. I get they want to turn the table but it was a little over the top. Despite the rush, we all had a great time and would do it again. Just have a plan to socialize elsewhere afterward.
